Happy Birthday America 2009

With all deference to Sir Winston Churchill:  From Massachusetts in the East to California in the West, from Minnesota in the North to New Mexico in the South, an Iron Fist is descending on our fair land.  The “tainted” seed of the greatest generation, through lies, manipulation and deceit, continue to infect and endanger our nation through a willing, narcissistic agent who is all but too eager to please his mentors. 

A man who, evident through his friends and family, has despised what has been the rock foundation of our country since its inception; the providence of a Judeo-Christian Creator guiding a people to pursue their righteous talents for the betterment of themselves, their families, and their fellow man.

He and the parasitic Obamacrat rabble that rule in congress, who have survived only because of the labors of those they dictate to, manufacture and exploit crises, real or false, to gain the allegiances’ and alliances of those on the fringe, or the masses of the unknowing, fearful, or guilt-ridden. 

They savor one thing, the power to control every infinitesimal aspect of the lives of three-hundred plus million individuals that are the United States of America.  They reign in personal liberties, and they continue to seize the means of finance, production and distribution. 

They seek to initiate burdensome controls on every single one so that they might rearrange a society to their liking - and theirs alone – for the sake of position.  They deny the equality of opportunity that past and present generations have bleed and died for. 

They embrace the foes of freedom while attacking and abandoning loyal allies. They jeopardize the safety and security of the citizenry because of a naïve, warped sense of morality, and blame their own country for most of the world’s ills.

On this Independence Day, apologize for nothing - as our nation has continually sought to become a “more perfect union”. 

And do pray that good men and women, across the continent and beyond, remember the yoke of oppression placed upon our ancestors. Please note the wisdom and guidance of these American heroes:

I, myself, had a simple yet thought-provoking lesson on the value of self-determination while serving in Panama in 1991.  While checking out of our post exchange, a Panamanian man, working as the cashier, saw my nametag and told me “You have a beautiful name.  It means so much.”
